At least we got things moving in the right direction.A bit longish and some parts are less revelant since article was written in 2022.

I won't prosthlatize to you about being all crunchy on nutrition or even more a sigh of relief I expect...full carnivore.
That said, this being a mostly family friendly site, I won't express just how much I loath what has become of our industrial food system, at least not in the terms in my minds eye. Do take my word for it, it is well past spicy.
Not fond of RFK by any stretch (will admit I like him being sane on big pharma, big food and being a funny spastic with dead animals he finds...hilarious) but really hoping that silly leftist lumphead manages to have a real positive effect on what is allowed in the standard American diet and a MASSIVE expansion of rights to sell direct from family farms to family consumers

On the other hand, the 5mg of Acerola is a bit deceptive compared to the front picture.
They call that stuff vit c....but I have heard it is not actually as usable in your body as food sources.@Joleneakamama, "ascorbic acid" and "sodium ascorbate" ARE vitamin C. The front says 500mg of vitamin C, the back specifies precisely what forms of vitamin C are included. They are exactly what is named on the front. No deception at all.
