Meat One in Twelve

The time has come.

I work in the political field so I'm a little biased on #7. We already have term limits. Every two or four years, we have the end of terms. Voting out one bum for another - possibly worse - person doesn't help. What we really need is to limit voting to productive members of society, the way it used to be. "If you want criminals in office, allow the criminals to vote."

And people need to take it more seriously (but good luck with that one). I live in a massively red county surrounded by other red counties but the Leftists run all the boards and committees. Our registered numbers outdo theirs by like 70% to 30%, but their turnout is about 95% and ours is about 30%. They've also adapted by having their Marxists just straight-up run on the Republican ticket. They claim to be conservative and will vote that way 8 times out of 10, but when the real big subversion votes come up they pivot and vote blue. Then when election time comes around they have big budget "voter awareness" groups putting out massive mailing campaigns talking about how their guy is getting an 80% positive score from constitutional ranking groups. That must be good, right? But our real guys are getting 95% - 100% from the same groups, they just don't have nearly the same amount of funding because the Act Blue system funds all the communists.

I get really frustrated with all this. It's my primary business. Must be a glutton for punishment, because I keep trying to make things better despite the morale burnout and failure rate fatigue. The last election cycle in the spring we had an outright spiritual battle with some witches in Boise and they were all over social media talking about the spells their were putting on my clients.

No argument on anything else on your list.
What else can you expect from leftists who live from state?

By, term limits may not help. They may make whole situation worse because politician will become even more dependant of bureaucrats who run system.

It make no sense making new politicians face life time bureaucrats.

Universal suffrage is kinda like Communism. You can vote your way into it, but probably won't be allowed to vote your way out of it. It will probably have to collapse, crash, and burn of it's own stupidity and wickedness.

What does the right and left have in common? They both hate the ways of the Creator. The only difference is the right re-paints the Creator according to their own image, and thus hide the truth. But they both hate the Father in Heaven.

So I haven't really been following the case, but I do have another view on this. I do believe she is totally responsible for killing her children. What I don't understand is why her husband would have three children with her if he knew how unstable she was. I mean didn't something happen when she had the first child? Did he get her help? I just have so many questions as to his sanity for more children with a wife who wasn't very stable, I mean was the sex so good he put his own children's lives at risk having more of them? Children should feel safe knowing that their dad didn't keep leaving them in an environment that wasn't safe for them.

From what I have read, everyone knew that she was having some issues, but she hadn’t expressed anything close to what she ended up doing.

Husband almost certainly didn't do any of things you assume.

She did ask for medical help for her mental issues for months before killings. She probably received some support.

Since mental unwell person can very well hide their issues in some cases, you can't do anything if they don't tell you.

You can't read someone mind and if they behave as usual, how can you suspect anything? You can't.

Doctor and husband believed she was OK based on her reports.

@steve & MemeFan,

I thank both of you for your input. I just know that when anyone goes to the doctors they are not totally honest with how much they eat the wrong foods, or drink, etc., for fear of being judged. She was probably afraid to be truthful about what was really going on for fear of what ended up happening. Speaking from experience of having a mental illness, my loving husband took me to the hospital where I stayed away from him for 14 days. We have never been apart that long in 39 years of marriage. It takes several trail and errors to figure out what medication is going to work for each person. So even though she was probably getting help, it takes awhile to figure all that out. For people who suffer with mental illness it isn't like you break you leg and can have it fixed and everyone clearly sees what's wrong. I remember meeting Steve and Allie at a retreat and describes his moment as, "a bug hitting the windshield". It creeps ups and can't be explained. I believe God allowed this happened to me, so I can have more sympathy towards the mentally ill folk, especially ones that don't have family or friends, or health insurance to cover the expenses. It just seems like women get blamed for some many things that our bodies go through.

I understand what you are saying and I would say that the major difference that I can see between the two situations is that you were willing to stay in the facility long enough to get things sorted out.
Lindsay was admitted but stayed for a very time (a couple of days?) and didn’t wait to work through. She was also going to different doctors to get the meds that she wanted.
She was a nurse and seemed to have her own opinion about how things should go.
