Sounds good, I’ll have to try it!Put brisket in ziploc. Throw some salt and sugar over it (I don’t really measure but I think it’s about 1/2 c each per 4lb). Into the fridge for 7 days flipping over each day. Smoke at 200 for 4-6 hrs or until 150 degrees. Slice and fry it up.
everything happens for an educational and spiritual reasonThat about describes my experience from 2008 when I started looking at this life. I probably should have been more patient, understanding, careful, and cautious but I'd made my mind up and thought I knew what I wanted.
@FollowingHim2 makes mutton bacon from our own sheep. You must be talking about turkey bacon.
We make beef bacon using only 3 ingredients for at least half the price of pork bacon. It’s freakin fantastic.
I buy bacon from the supermarket@FollowingHim2 makes mutton bacon from our own sheep.
After hearing about the mutton ham over there....I now have 8 lamb hams hanging in my kitchen. They are about a month into being cured....a month and a half to go!@FollowingHim2 makes mutton bacon from our own sheep.
Not my recipe. I found a paper online for how to cure Virginia style Hams.Your lamb ham will be better than anything you can get here. I'm sure it's only brine-cured here, as it never lasts for long once thawed. @FollowingHim2, there's a hook in the corner of the kitchen near the fireplace which is crying out to be filled with a dry-curing mutton ham following @Joleneakamama's recipe.

But have you dry-cured anything you acquired using it?I'm really pleased with my Vortex strike eagle LPVO. Got it last year and it's nice, clear glass and quick target acquisition. I love the eye relief, lots of room and great FOV.
