Honestly, I don't get American college humour, so I don't find Archie amusing. However, from a sociological perspective, the basic concept of Archie and the widespread popularity of it is a very sound illustration of the fact that polygamy is an innate part of humanity, and is only artificially repressed in a monogamous culture. Whenever people want to illustrate a successful man, they do so using multiple women. I mean, even the Daily Wire does the same thing in their Jeremy's Razors commercial - it's absolutely universal in all parts of society. Archie is an excellent illustration of this since the illustration itself is the foundational joke running through the entire series, so for those who grew up with it it is an excellent reminder that this really is what they themselves truly think underneath the fake monogamy-preaching persona they put on, so keep it coming. I expect that these snippets can be used very usefully to wake up a certain audience.
