10 Tribes

James wrote his epistle To the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad (James 1:1). That would seem to indicate a representative number from each of the 12 tribes still being alive and recognisable. There has always been a remnant so there aren't 10 lost or missing. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has it all under control.
Any idea where 10 nothern tribes are?

PS> MANY of 'em, probably mostly (English-speaking) from the tribe of Manashe/Manasseh are here, in the once united States. (See "The Tribes," and "Biblical Truth: The Lost Ten Tribes..." and others by Yair Dividiy for lots of detail about which probably went where.)

The video is very well produced. I love the scenes with the sheep in them.
The teacher in the video though still has some scriptures to take into account.

Hos 1:10 “Yet the number of the children of Yisra’ěl shall be as the sand of the sea, which is not measured nor counted. And it shall be in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ they shall be called, ‘You are the sons of the living Ěl.’
Hos 1:11 “And the children of Yehuḏah and the children of Yisra’ěl shall be gathered together, and appoint for themselves one head, and shall come up out of the earth, for great is the day of Yizre‛ěl!

The people become GREAT in number prior to the regathering. They become Great in number in a place where it is said to them that they are NOT his people and then, AFTER THAT, they are gathered back together..

Those two elements alone disprove the theory of the video that a tiny number of people gathered themselves to Judah and thus fulfilled the prophecy.

Then in Ezekiel, there is more prophecy which is too long to quote here but it speaks of a great war where God delivers his people and they are able to burn the enemies weapons for 7 years and that they will bury all the other portions of the enemies bones and etc for 7 years. After that, we get to these quoted scriptures below..

Eze 39:25 “Therefore thus said the Master יהוה, ‘Now I am going to bring back the captives of Ya‛aqoḇ. And I shall have compassion on all the house of Yisra’ěl, and shall be jealous for My set-apart Name.
Eze 39:26 And they shall have borne their shame, and all their trespass they committed against Me, when they dwell safely in their own land, with none to make them afraid,
Eze 39:27 when I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them out of the lands of their enemies. And I shall be set apart in them before the eyes of many nations.
Eze 39:28 And they shall know that I am יהוה their Elohim, who sent them into exile among the nations, and then gathered them back to their own land, and left none of them behind.

Again, the teacher in the video needs to wrestle with these scriptures as they do not conform to the theory put forward....

Enjoy...

They are the gentiles of the world. Some are realizing this, and choosing to be grafted back into the Olive Tree. So as Paul writes, we're no longer gentile, but instead we walk according to the righteousness of our Savior and Redeemer.

The 10 Lost Tribes can also be referred to as “Ephraim,” “Israel,” or the “Northern Kingdom.”

The greater exodus involves the return of both Ephraim (10 lost tribes) and Judah back into the Holy Land. This re-union of the two sticks has not happened. The Creator’s Holy days point to Christ. The last one of the year is Sukkot, which helps us remember the first exodus. So this greater exodus is something that happens in the last days.

Jeremiah 16:14 NLT
14 “But the time is coming,” says the LORD, “when people who are taking an oath will no longer say, ‘As surely as the LORD lives, who rescued the people of Israel from the land of Egypt.’ 15 Instead, they will say, ‘As surely as the LORD lives, who brought the people of Israel back to their own land from the land of the north and from all the countries to which he had exiled them.’ For I will bring them back to this land that I gave their ancestors.

16 “But now I am sending for many fishermen who will catch them,” says the LORD.

Luke 5:10
Jesus replied to Simon, “Don’t be afraid! From now on you’ll be fishing for people!”
