I deeply agree with Nietzsche here.
Merely having sex when there's a good chance of pregnancy does a lot to put a woman's priorities into their proper order. It can be a very sobering experience. Actual pregnancy changes a selfish woman's focus outward as she is made to depend on others during the vulnerable months of her pregnancy.
I cannot even begin to say how many women I've seen change mostly for the better after a good man gets her pregnant.
