Prayer request Panic attacks

Thank you everyone for the prayers! You are exactly right, julieb! I actually just got on here to post that I was just given the answer to prayer! From reading scripture this morning I have seen clearly now that in order to overcome the panic attacks, I simply do what God has instructed me to do by practicing good obedience and submission to God and my husband.I totally understand! It's an exercise in trusting that God is watching over me.

submission is rooted in trust—both trust in God and trust in the husband’s leadership. A wife who submits is ultimately placing her confidence in God’s sovereignty, believing that He is in control of her marriage and her life. This trust enables her to let go of fear or anxiety about the future, knowing that God’s plans are good and His wisdom is perfect (Jeremiah 29:11, Proverbs 3:5-6). Submission becomes an act of faith, a daily choice to rely on God’s strength and guidance in fulfilling her role.
