In my case, I eat probably 2500-3000 a day, and lose around 1-1.5 pounds a week, and it isn't particularly difficult. I am pretty active, and eat at least 150-180 grams of protein per day. Going out to eat is where I tend to eat too much. It...

Yeah, but there really is no verse even in the New Covenant that states that polygyny is wrong. When there is nothing that supercedes it, we HAVE to go back to the Old Testament. I challenge people on where do we find the laws defining which...

That's what I thought. It seems like keto automatically places you in an enormous calorie deficit, which also tends to lead to muscle loss. Then again, like you said, it is something you can just do for short periods as needed. If it works for...

I know keto reportedly works for a lot of people, but I don't think it is a natural or very sustainable approach in the long term. It doesn't seem like the way God made the world to work. I think we are meant (and are able) to eat a wide...

The doctor (wife) tells me the body requires a higher protein intake when one surpasses the 50 mark. Yes, steaks, fish, chicken, eggs, etc. are a major part of the normal diet. I don't sweat it if I have a cheat day occasionally, but it needs to...

What I battle with is how old age has slowed my metabolism and I just don't burn the energy up as quickly. When I was bodybuilding I forced myself to eat. I never did PED's but still ate a lot. Now, 40 years later, it's a challenge not to eat too...

Yes, this is true. I don't know if this helps you or anybody else who struggles with eating too much. I've been that guy a lot. Sometimes if we eat too much, we also will over-exercise in response. That's the wrong way. Better to go lighter...

That’s a heavy burden to try to decipher. Is the contention that God changes it for different times and people (relative?) Or he is above the Law and is not bound to it as sovereign?
