dtt: You missed the point, which was simply a (hopefully funny) play on words...
...but you are correct in what you said.
Maybe another way to define murder would be this: post-natal abortion. Wonder if a defense based on that concept would work in our twisted court system, since abortion is legal under most circumstances?
Moving on to another twisted-by-the-court-system subject: a few years ago, some professor in Florida claimed that there are several sexual orientations that were unrecognized until he identified them. The two I remember (it's been a few years since I read about this) were "male lesbian" and "female gay." A "male lesbian" is a "woman trapped in a man's body," but that "trapped woman" is a lesbian; likewise, a "female gay" is a "man trapped in a woman's body," but the "trapped man" is gay. A male lesbian would be attracted to anyone "trapped" in a female body, and a female gay, to anyone "trapped" in a male body. ("Oh, what a tangled web we weave...")
Maybe we should attack anti-PM legislation by somehow using those definitions - claim that those in a plural marriage are actually a male lesbian (the hubby) and a bunch of female gays (the wives.) Because homosexuals have more rights in our twisted court system (and in society at large) than any other group in America, especially more than we born-again believers, we might get somewhere...
NOT! Let's keep our arguments Bible-based.
