The Ps of partnership

Polygyny- A man can marry more than one women
Provision - The three things in Exodus 21:7-11
Purity- A man should not look at a woman with a sinful form of lust, a woman should not look at a man she is not married to with a sinful form of lust.
Permanent until death or divorce - No divorce except for the exceptions where divorce is permitted.
Partnership - intention to help one another
Power - husband should be in charge except for the exceptions
Prostration - women should be subservient except for the exceptions.
Procreation

I wonder if someone else came up with this before, I just thought about it when I was trying to think of a quick way to explain what I believe.

Pugnacious -- Both should try to avoid this.
Practical -- works better if both get close to this.
Pontifical -- another good one to avoid.
Patient -- another good one to cultivate.
Proud of each other -- Likewise
Poor -- Survive this, and work to get away from it.
Painful -- inevitable at times, but does not have to be permanent.
Portly -- depends on the cooking.

Cute and true at the same time !!! :D

Blessings,

Proper -- only in public. What's the old saying about a lady in the parlor and an, um, vixen (?) in the bedroom...
Pompous -- only when it is necessary to help your wife get to sleep.
Passive -- depends whether you're a human BEing or a human DOing. God calls you to be the latter.
Pretty -- one of you should be, in the eyes of the other.
Particular -- when it comes to getting the bills paid, be really, really ...
Pusillanimous -- (defn: Lacking courage, cowardly) Never. Too long a word! Unless King Kong shows up. Then, both RUN!
Patrician -- not a bad idea. 'Specially if you got a long nose. If, however, you got a little pug nose, it just ain't gonna work.
Patriarchal -- HOW DID WE GET THIS FAR DOWN THE LIST BEFORE REMEMBERING THIS? Oh. Definitely not the main thang on the mind...
Plentiful -- as regards offspring. If I'm coming to visit, and you're making homemade ice cream, this is a good one THEN, too!
Peanuts & Peanut M&Ms -- staff of life. Keep on hand. See previous point. *grin*
Pinnochio -- take a lesson, and try not to repeat his adventure
Pastoral -- if, in your mind, this term connects to Pompous and Pontifical, it will have similar effects. If it relates to tranquility, that's good. Baroque music helps, as do seascape and waterfall and rain sound CDs.
Pregnant -- see Plentiful. Best make lots of the homemade icecream, and pickles.

Prissy -- Speaking as a man who is, in SOME ways, still a kid at heart, "Eeeeewwww!"
Punctual -- Good quality. Particularly when it comes to getting to the alter ...
Punch-drunk -- Agree with thine adversary quickly, lest she grab her rolling pin or skillet and thou endest up in this condition.
Partiality -- A true hazard when displayed towards one wife or child at the expense of another.
Paranoid -- Well, maybe they ARE out to getcha. Likely enough to throw you out of church. Oh. Wait a minute. You are a husband and wife computer programming team? Aaah. Simply New Jersey pronunciation for "pair of nerds".
Padded, Paunchy -- see Portly above. Yes, the cooking IS really good!
Porcine -- Portly, but with a good dose of Oink thrown in. Feeds primarily on donuts.
Psychogenic -- Hunh? Whaddat? :?
Potty-trained -- Unlike some groups who espouse PM, BF requires that this skill have been both acquired and practiced for a respectable period of time before, um, Partnership.
Paranormal -- the bond between you that makes you reach for the phone to call your Partner just as it rings with a call from him or her.
Paniced -- The usual emotion when PM suddenly goes from theoretical to real. Where is the new SW gonna SLEEP? Air-matress on the LR floor just doesn't cut it... Or when you are about to become Punch-drunk.
Pandemonium -- Usual characteristic of early husband-wife discussions of PM.
Pantywaist -- Insult best NOT thrown at Patriarchal Men. Likely to result in more Pandemonium than Prissyness.
Pacifist -- West Coast member of BF trying to avoid Pandemonium.
