On this eve of Thanksgiving I'd like to begin this thread and see how full it can become in the next 24 hours. Each of us has so much for which we can pour forth praise and worship as this year ends. Please share your favorite songs of thanks and praise, or your favorite verses, or your favorite quote, or your favorite gift of thanks. Whatever moves your heart and soul with gratitude, please share it with this wonderful BF family. Let's load this up in the next 24 hours, but then keep it going through the end of the year and into the next! I'm looking forward to checking in on yours and being blessed by what each of you share. Our GOD is worthy!
I'm starting with "10,000 Reasons"!

My greatest thankfulness pours forth in remembering that God/Yehovah/ Yahweh has not forgotten His people. It is a long story to understand how we got here, why and what the Everlasting Creator has promised to the defendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, whether physical or spiritual... here is the first of two songs. by introduction, both deal with the promised return of His people, all of them, both the house of Israel ( nonJewish members of the covenant) and the house of Judah ( Jews) to the Land.

And, the second...

@windblown--thanks for sharing! What a cute song you can use for your children.
@Ancient Paths -- How I love to hear the Hebrew language in song! "Aliyah" (Return!)
@WaterSpirit -- such a powerful song!
@Soldier's Psalm--that's a new one I've never heard. Thanks for sharing.
I've really enjoyed getting back to this thread tonight to enjoy what the BF family has shared. I'm hoping many more will share their favorites.

"It is in the quiet crucible of your personal private sufferings that your noblest dreams are born and God's greatest gifts are given in compensation for what you've been through!" Whintley Phipps GLORY !!!!

What is YOUR crucible? Is it well with your soul? I've known the story behind the hymn for decades, but this narration contained several bits of information I had never heard. Take a few minutes and consider.

So.... it’s becoming very clear how @Verifyveritas76 (or “lord Veritas” as I like to call him) has developed into such a stud of a man....
... Your mom dude... she rocks!!!

Blessings to you @rejoicinghandmaid .... you’re a rockstar in my book ma’am ! What you post is always full of wisdom and edification... thank you!
Hey, @rustywest4 --I certainly never expected to get those sort of comments--but yeah--I'll accept your kind words. I've got to tell you, though, I was laughing pretty hard as I read and re-read what you posted. VV76 has gone way beyond what we gave him in our home as he's grown in his walk with Yeshua. I'm so very proud of him! I can tell you're quite the dad and husband yourself. I often smile or laugh at many of your posts as you have quite a way of expressing yourself in good 'ole down home English. :) I pray God blesses your tribe in very special ways this week. Love those little ones and rear them in the nurture and admoniton of YHWH. Be the man to your wife (ves) and Yeshua will honor you! Thanks for your encouragement my little brother!

Oh wow, it worked.
@Richard--yes, Praise the Lord it worked and you learned something new--how to upload video to the BF forum! Way to go. Thanks for sharing your favorites. The "Amazing Grace Medley" is an all time favorite! The 2nd one, "I Will Follow Him" is a new one to me but great! It made me want to get up and dance with someone.:)
