I just finished this book. It was one of the best books that I've read regarding servant leadership. His foundation for becoming a servant leader is based on 1 Corinthians 13 with the phases of leadership development being Will, Love, Service and Sacrifice, Authority, and Leadership. This book is a must for anyone inspiring to be a leader or develop character.
