Biblical Families is not a dating website. It is a forum to discuss issues relating to marriage and the Bible, and to offer guidance and support, not to find a wife. Click here for more information.
Our kids doctor actually confirmed it even if he is not supposed to preach it.
Without enough, our heart can become erraric and minerals won't move properly to where they are supposed to go. Magnesium is a salt that is also important. Hope some find this useful.
Not quite correct. Seawater has a mineral content approaching this, but every solid salt you buy, even the himilayan stuff, is more like 2% other minerals (check the label). This is because when seawater evaporates, calcium carbonate crystalises out first, followed by sodium chloride, leaving a highly concentrated liquid called bittern containing most of the other minerals. It takes a lot longer for enough water to evaporate for these to crystalise, so in practice the sodium chloride crystals are raked out, and the bittern poured back into the sea. Even when salt crystalises in a natural setting much of the bittern tends to wash away. Natural salt is still really good for you, but not quite as amazing as that quote indicates. You can use straight seawater to get all thoae minerals though. Or the Japanese have used bittern for generations as a tofu coagulater, so it can be purchased over there if you know what to look for.
