Any techy folk here? I'm extremely interested in starting my own personal blog. Not sure exactly how to start. I have read another poly blog and differs from my experience. I'd love to share my journey and experience with others both men and women of God that are curious about this path if God has lead them to it. I have been journaling my journey already and just writing for myself I can see how it can be of much help to others. I often wish I could read someones blog that I can relate to. But there isn't enough out there that I know of. I want something raw and real and not just rainbows and butterflies. I believe I can even help women of faith to walk through this with me. If they know my insecurities, the demon within but also my submissiveness to God and my husband it's a beautiful thing. I see only good in my intentions in creating this blog.

I ask that you not try and steer me away from this idea please. My husband has mentioned how much of my character has developed recently and there is really no other way to explain it. We want to be encouragers for others wanting to go through this journey and we also believe that many of those come to understand the truth about poly from the scriptures are the same people who have a yearning to discover the deep truths of our faith and embrace them. I believe God will bless this.

I sent you a PM. :)

Anybody else know if Ginny is still writing this?

Yes I still receive them, I get them as emails... So I'm not sure if the blog is still active or if she is just using email. She does not really write about poly, it's more how she has overcome her personal issues.

Blogging software is pretty user friendly these days. There are any number of free hosts out there too. Wordpress.com is one such; though they have started censoring so I can't recommend them wholeheartedly, it's as good a start as any. There are many website hosts that will set up the blog with just a couple clicks that run as cheap as a few dollars a month.

So pick one and start writing. The most important thing is to write regularly and read/keep in touch with others in the space. There is synergy in community.
