OMG!!! Forget Missour1, Doc! This even has TREES!!! :)

I am a big fan of woodland also. Lovely property. Outside photos are divine but I am a bit concerned at the over fussiness of the interior pictures (Leave me alone, I am a woman, we notice these things).

I actually feel I may need to be a 'own' kitchen type anyway, I am really particular about my basic food hygiene.

I can't get over how cheap that is, it's about the price of a townhouse on a small section here. Great setup. Although I agree with Isabella that it's far too busy inside with all the junk the present owners have on the walls!

So you're wanting to start a PM farm now ChrisM? How do you farm polygynous marriages? :D

Lovey home but talk about cluttered, yikes!

Very cheap! You Americans seem to be blessed with such cheap properties! A place like that in NZ would be 4x that price. My husband and I visited America very briefly 4 years ago and were surprised at how cheap properties were then too.

That is a pity, I was under the impression NZ was cheaper. I quite fancy visiting it sometime but...money.

It's cheap to visit. Just not cheap to buy property! We would love to have you visit :D

First you transplant a wife. This must be done very carefully. You must NOT bury her entirely with new ideas. It is extremely important to leave her head above ground, so that it will have room to grow...

You've heard that talking to your plants helps? At least if you do so lovingly and positively? I am under the impression that it generally works particularly well on this sort of plant.

Be aware that if the wife has hidden bruises or root damage, either from your own mistakes or past relationships, it may well be necessary to nurse it, um, her back to health before this transplant will truly "take".

If you are unaware of such problems, no worries. I've yet to find anything else as efficient at bringing them to light as the introduction of PM!

Beyond that, I'm afraid you're on your own. Wificulture is still a very new science among us Christians, the skillset having been lost (more or less) for centuries. However, there IS a strong and growing interest in it, and we hope to have better successful information soon.

I think I know why they are at wits end - the clutter! and Cecil you are always such a hoot! lol

I do hereby make a formal offer on the property:

I will accept it without charging them ONE RED CENT! They will be permitted to leave with anything they truly want to retain. I, as my payment for the property, will accept responsibility for safely and sanely removing the junk.

Seems fair, and maybe generous, don't you think?

Once the transaction is complete, FollowingHim and fam can join me there, and we'll put his agriculture education and experience to good use by planting a PM-Wife orchard. Probably start with a variety of apples ... :o

What will I do to dispose of all the junk? Oh, that's easy. Put it in my storage unit with my own ...
