I am posting this to get your opinion. Do you feel that there is something going on with the 0ctober 4th national emergency test. I a possible theory just trying to get other ideas and discuss subject
 
Could you provide more info?

It's probably regular testing. If it's part of something evil it would probably come as suprise.

Evil is happening in plan site. I surmise that this is 3 fold one to get personal data from everyone. Second to signal a start to something big. And thirdly this is just a guess it will somehow effectively make a lot of people sick by directly powering up the chips in a lot of people to do things last one is just a educated quess
