Missouri Retreat for 2015?

No problem!

GloryGirl is getting pretty excited about the location. Apparently there's a ton of attractions like paintball and spelunking and such.
 
I suppose if one started out going north from Springfield and kept going long enough, one might eventually wind up close to you guys.
 
We actually have a Springfield just a couple of towns over from us. About half an hour away I suppose. Beautiful spot right at the foot of the mountains.
 
I know of a Springfield, oh - wait , sorry that is a cartoon never mind ( attempt at humor)
 
The Simpsons is set in "Springfield" simply because it is the most common town name in the English-speaking world. Hence my overly subtle joke. Everyone lives near Springfield.

When they released the Simpsons movie, they debuted it simultaneously in every Springfield they could, town hall screenings etc, even in NZ. And gave every town a giant plastic donut monument. The one here caused a lot of controversy, half the town loved it and the other hated it, it got moved from one park to another, someone burnt it down, it got replaced by a temporary painted truck tyre, then an even more imposing fireproof concrete one... The pointless things us humans put time into!
 
Which airport would be the better to fly into?
 
Is there a deadline for registration?
 
Is there a place set in stone yet? That we might know which airport to fly into?

Looks like the nearest airports with commercial flights are Springfield-Branson (about 80 miles away) and Columbia Regional (about 90 miles). Kansas City and St. Louis are each about 3 hours away by car.
 
The Columbia airport seems to be much cheaper from SoCal.

My apologies. COU is cheaper now but end of July looks like SGF will be cheaper.

Jack, yes, I am working on it. Sorry for the delay this year, things are a bit different around here with Nathan not feeling well. We will send it out as soon as we can. You have till June to decide about registering so there is still plenty of time. Thanks for your patience.
