Looks hard I like that. My problem is I would want to use it for more then 60days! :D Here's the link for any one interested! http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitnes ... NITYDOTCOM

Right now my work out at my fight gym consist of
Running 2miles
2.5 hours of cardio (Lunges, push-ups, mountian climbers I hate those!!!, suicides, Crunches, frog leaps, and shadow boxing)
1 hour straight Muay Thai
1hour grapling straight
Take a 1 hour break
Then competitors class
2miles running and 1 hour of straight MMA at 100% , I try to go 500% to keep up with the youngsters!
Then I go home and rub Dit Da Jow all over and think about how old I feel, lol.
I figure if I add that Insanity program it would give me the edge over the other guys and get me back into shape quicker!

They want money...........why not join the marines and let them pay you for it without the insanity?

Cause I stayed 7years in the Army. No thank you I like my freedom. I was an interrogator I stayed 2 years in Iraq. I lost every thing while I was gone. I think after being there and learning a lot of truth about what the war is really about. I would rather not. I am red taped any ways. So if I went back there would be only one reason I would be there and I am not gonna do that!

No insanity in the Marine Corps? When did this happen? lol, jk Ooohrah!!!

Red Taped is a term in the military for people who have been in war and lets say gets a little mean with people during interrogations. In other words I could likely lose it with some one and severely hurt some one during interrogations. It happened to me cause I kept kicking a guy in the part of his leg above the knee and it caused his leg to swell and caused a blood clot. Of course I was ordered to do it. They said I had PTSD. Either way when you are Red Taped as a interrogator you are what the military would use in places where Geneva Law isn't.

I didn't realize there was a program to be insane...here I was doing it on my own!LOL

I've been doing the insanity bit for a couple of months with some friends. It can be intense at times, and several of the exercises are too hard for me to do. We watch it on a big screen and just do what we can do (it's better than not exercising). Make sure you get plenty of water, and a shower is necessary afterwards. We have repeated several of the segments and have talked of changing to a different program, but it lasts for about 2 months, and if you repeat some of the sessions, then it can make it last longer. Doing it in a group setting helps to keep the motivation up to continue with the program.

For those of us who have to start by severing couch potato roots that are 30 years deep due to long hours at office jobs, and now health issues, or who just want to start with an investment of waaaay less that the coupla hundred for Insanity, there's ...

"You Are Your Own Gymn", by Mark Lauren, aprox $10 on Amazon. Dude teaches Special Forces to do their stuff with body weight exercises and simple logical nutrition. I'm just starting, and seeing progress already, though a long, long way to go.

Thanks for reporting on "You Are Your Own Gym." The cost factor is an important issue. Since someone else purchased the Insanity videos, I wasn't aware of the high costs for that set of videos. Watching "Biggest Loser" on television has also helped to keep me motivated to get more exercise--any exercise can help--working in a garden, mowing the lawn, walking, bike riding, jogging, and various types of exercise routines. Any little bit helps.
