It was good the first time, but frozen and reheated the mushrooms were kind of wimpy.

Sounds awesome...minus the mushrooms...the DH does NOT like them. I totally caved and made fried chicken, mac n cheese and corn on the cob for dinner...NOT so good for us!LOL

There is nothing wrong with comfort food. The problem is when we choose it to often. Don't beat yourself up about it.
