Escaping Polygamy on cable tv

Anyone else seen this show, "Escaping Polygamy", that airs on cable tv on A&E network? I saw part of an episode today and thought it made polygamists look awful. No wonder mainstream society doesn't care for it. Most of the episodes seem to be centered around fundamentalist branches of mormonism. Shouldn't it read "Escaping Mormon(esque) Polgyamy" so people would understand there are differences in belief and practice? Before i started researching polygyny many years ago i didn't realize there were so many branches of faith that practiced it. I wonder if people watch that show and figure that everyone is the same.
 
I have not, but yeah, sounds like they're focusing on the worst. Like having a show called "Escaping monogamy" and featuring abusive spouse relationships.
