End of western culture

While your advice is excellent, and your assertion that things are going to change in big ways very soon is very probably true, I disagree with the title on your thread.
I guess it depends on one's perspective, and also on what one sees "western culture" as being. I can give a few examples.
Some might think that western culture is Hollywood or the pop culture of the music industry. Some might look at American consumerism and the international trade that has made dollar stores as plentiful as the trinkets they sell and fresh foods available year round.

For myself I see western culture as the morals and values that built the western nations and made them both great, and blessed.
The stuff I see as western culture is part of what Seatle wants white people to change, because it is now evidence of "systemic racism."

With most people having lost track of where the Israelites went, and some who realize they are Israelites having some flawed ideas about what it means to be Israelite (white supremacy) and still others making claims to be Israelites, but without historical evidence to connect them to the ancient nation (black Israel) or the fruit to connect them to the prophetic bride of Revelation (Judaism rejects christian gentiles and does not evangelize) people can have a hard time understanding prophesy, or how it fits into these world events.....or what it all means for them.

I believe there is one God. I believe He chose a people and blessed them NOT because He wanted a pet nation to treat better then the rest of the families of the earth, but because He wanted that people to be a light to all other peoples and show them how to live so they could be blessed and prosper too.
Israel failed in many respects.

In spite of failing we can still see God's faithfulness in keeping His side of the covenants. We still see too that the sign and wonder on Israelites still follows us, (the CURSES of Deut. 28) and we believe that right now we are bearing our shame as a nation for not following Him as we should have.
We have gone even to Babylon (Micah) and will soon be delivered.

When the wheat and tares go to their respective ends, then the righteous shine in the kingdom of their father.

After Babylon is judged, then "the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdom of our God and of His Christ."

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33

What things spoken are supposed to help us have peace? Just reading that full chapter gives insights.
Be of good cheer! The last chapter has been written already! :)

And, in light of @Joleneakamama 's comment, it is important to recognize that if we are entering the time of Revelation, it is those whohave the testimony of Jesus/Yeshua AND keep thecommandments of God who are His people... see Rev 12:17, 14:17, 15:3 (song of Moses and of the Lamb), 20:3, etc..

We can debate details of how it plays out, but it is clear, Yeshua/Jesus AND keeping the commandments is key....

Just a little PSA... ;)

We are in a Spiritual War, though your assertions have valid ground. We can not remeber to use the spiritual tools of warfare that God gave us. Prayer, fasting, reading the Holy Bible, letting and listening to the Holy Spirit. The Art of war- know thy enemy. Which is currently dividing everything. There is strength in numbers. Witchcraft is increasing in the country, how do you counter act such evil. You have to use your Spiritual tools. When you back is in a corner and there is no where to go and everything you worked for is under attack from the enemy- I am seeing a increase in Christains falling in the War/ giving up. No where does it says Tribulation and trails wont happen to Christains. And they are coming Very soon.

Scripture has already told us how to deal with witchcraft in Exodus 22:18 "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." And Deuteronomy 18;10 "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,".

Many of the issues we face in this day and age have a simple, but difficult to carry out solution, difficult because of the times we live in.:)

I am seeing a increase in witch craft in leadership roles in areas I live most concerning is in suppose it body of believers in church buildings they are praticing withcraft rituals during there services

That's interesting. I emailed my pastor, when I started going to the church I am at right now, because there was an upside down cross engraved at the front of the church. He said that it had to do with symbolism for Peter, but he did not care for it himself. It got removed. Now if church leaders understood the origins of the steeple, they might do something about it, or they might just laugh it off. I know this much; any church that I have a hand in starting, won't have one.

These sorts of symbols are used by the Satanists to signal to each other. When the children of God start noticing them they have to be taken down or changed.

So....maybe I should tell him what the steeple represents. :D

A little different approach here. We keep our heads down and do our daily work. Watch the news but only "worry" about what we can control and change. Have lived long enough to see that a lot of this is not new. Would respond to trouble but as a last resort. Our reward has been good health and happiness. Almost feel guilty about it but one of the reasons we have an opening.

That is generally a good approach. Esp. the worry part...

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

But worry is not the same thing as not preparing. After all, the people Christ spoke to were in large part farmers and of necessity worked hard all year in order to have food for the winter.

However, "a lot of this is not new" is true, only in the sense that the Holodomor and the Killing Fields and the Great Leap Forward happened before. But as for us, in the United States today, this is very very new.

My point of reference is from being raised by grandparents who were born in the 1890`s. They lived thru and lost family from the Spanish Flu, WW1, the Great Depression, WW2, Korean Conflict, Vietnam Conflict, Presidential assassinations and corruption. From them I learned to be prepared but not worry, that anxiety is from the lack of Faith, that Fear is a Liar and to help others first. Many other things but you get the idea. Couple that with being Saved, I am a happy guy.

Smart? Phones:

"I’m increasingly disturbed by a correlation that tends to go almost entirely unrecognized: the one between two trends, each of which is culturally self-destructive and both of which will tend to favor the dominance of China in the future over the preeminence of the United States.

"Trend One is one in which Small Town America is being systematically gutted by purposeful shepherding at the federal level of the American public school system: we have collectively signed on to a policy that fosters laziness, encouraging children to ‘learn’ that, if they buckle down in school, leave their provincial home towns, obtain the requisite undergraduate and advanced university degrees (from institutions that systematically dumb down to accommodate the greater student ‘bandwidth’) and generally never return home, they can during their adult life avoid occupations that would require one to sweat as long as they are willing to live in and around major metropolitan areas. The effect of such intentional movement of young people from small towns to big cities is to promote the high-art values of hipness and consumerism conformity over the supposedly low-art traditional values that American small towns have been famous for generating and nurturing – an example, coincidentally, of the U.S. following in the footsteps of the Peoples Republic of China, which pioneered the effort to transfer its citizens from rural western China to sprawling metropolises in the east.

"Trend Two is one in which the Smart Phone has become ubiquitous among America’s youth and its business world. Those not up on the latest iteration of these devices is considered a fossil, yet not one major model is Made In America. Where do they come from? You guessed it: the Apple iPhone is manufactured in China, and most of its competitors are assembled in South Korea and other East Asian countries. Much of the technology is developed in the United States and Israel, but the actual phones are put together on the other side of the world. What’s not to like about this arrangement? And how does this relate to Trend One? Just so: the American workforce has now become so averse to physical labor that it has on the whole become literally unwilling to do the work required to manufacture a device they simultaneously feel entitled to and believe entirely essential to their existence. The average young American incongruently considers the wage levels of those who assemble their essential entitlement Smart Phones to be inhuman – in fact, if Apple attempted to build iPhones in the United States, they probably wouldn’t be able to muster up an adequate labor force just to produce the ones they sell in-country if they paid 10 times what iPhone laborers are paid in China, and at the retail price required to cover even those additional labor costs, American consumers would be bankrupted by their dependency on Smart Phones. [And don’t get me started on how the silver necessary for production of Smart Phones is being mined in 3rd world countries by children whose life expectancy as mine workers is 32.]

"Consequently, we are as a country metaphorically addicted to a device we are incapable of producing for ourselves – and, thus, we are becoming increasingly beholden to the workers and governments of China and other East Asian nations.

"Is this the next Big Oil? Will this become one of those issues characterized by populist politicians pounding on tables to represent consumers who disjointedly consume an item as they decry exploitation of Third World peoples and American dependence on corrupt totalitarian dictatorships, while taking no responsibility for their own part in sustaining what they pretend to abhor? For now, that’s probably not going to happen, especially because it’s difficult to imagine Occupy-Wall-Street-type protestors being willing to forego their instantaneous Smart-Phone access to Facebook or whatever app has replaced it by the time this goes to print. But, eventually, the hypocrisy of it all – and the related trend in the direction of aversion to actual work – is going to eat away at us."

Winston Borden, appearing on the Fox News Channel Stossell program, Friday, 2/29/13

“The stability of modern day cultures is most effectively stabilized by the civilizing force women exert on men within committed relationships dedicated to the raising of children and by the existence of police forces, fire departments and standing armies – all of which are predominantly male provinces sprinkled with token females. Feminism has already significantly eroded the historical tendency for women to tame men as it discourages marriage and mistakenly promotes careerism for women, and, at the same time, women are permitted to pretend that they no longer need the protection from predatory males and females that male police and military provide.”

Winston Borden, quoted in September 1996 issue of Ramparts
