Driving and the right to travel

Did you know if you were not getting paid to drive you didn't need a license? I looked it up after these videos and had found out they were right.

Here is a link if you get charged to get the charges dropped http://www.lawfulpath.com/ref/DLbrief.shtml They say to follow the law well if you have been traveling with out a license bow you can! There have even been to sue people for 3mil over them charging the police for taking their vehicle.
 
Dh and I looked into some of this years ago, but couldn't find any solid information. I'll have to check this out :)
 
Yes it was hard to find info on it I went to the federal court house today. They said it is a right , but not many people know about it. They said most cops don't know and end up getting sued for millions for confiscating private property. I have been let go cause I carry this paper a friend of mine gave me a long time ago and I show the cops that they have made calls and told me to go on. It does how ever take a while for the calls to get made cause they really have no idea, but that's why they need too learn. One cop asked me if I just do this to annoy police. I tell them no, I just believe in order to protect the law you must know the law!
 
This is a (by design) somewhat obtuse and complex topic; I like to refer to the "Roach Motel" model of 'law' (you can check in, but you NEVER check out!).

The idea is that if you "volunteer" by any of a thousand subtle tricks (from taking a license, to using "terms of art" like "motor vehicle", as opposed to "car", and "operate" or "drive" - as opposed to 'travel') that you are "in commerce", and thus "submit to the jurisdiction" of the commercial enterprise. Any of a hundred questions, answered even carelessly, will give allow for a "presumption" that the person in question is engaged in said "commercial activity".

It is a "rebuttable presumption", but serves to shift the burden of proof, which will be asserted if not explicitly objected to each time the attempt is made.

In other words, the INTENT remains, "kids, don't try this at home."

There is much more that could be said, of course, but a comment by Col. Bo Gritz on the subject of such trickery sums up the disgusting attitude of those who usurp (he was being sarcastic at the time, but made the point):

"Mark, think of it this way. When I am sent to take a house, I don't EVER send a team to the front door but what I don't also send people around to the back door [to cover the other exits].

I am just more for proving a point that although some people think my self and others like me are being hard headed or looking to get over. I want all of my rights that we have. My point of it all is use them or lose them. Plain and simple! It starts with some thing small as a right to travel to religion. A lot of people disagree with me, but it wouldn't take much to have all of our rights taken away. Look at how many rights were taken after 9/11 under the cover of "National Security". Look at how many rights they are taking from us now. There are so many rights that we have, but are loosing on a daily basis because people don't use them. To just say to sit down and take it is the same reason we are loosing what rights we have. Did you know one of the rights you have under Federal Law is that NO COURT can convict of a victimless crime provided you do not enter a plea and ask for a full explanation in writing of what the charges were and who the victims were. If you plead how ever Guilty, not guilty, or nocontest you have just entered into a verbal contract of being charged with a victimless crime.

The reason I stated that last part is because in Plural Marriage if there is no victim(No one person filled out a victims report ie, wives, children, you) then no crime has been truely comitted! Yet how many people do not know this? I am sure a whole lot ,I would be bold enough to say at least 90% of people in the US have no idea.

Use or lose. Study the law there is nothing wrong with knowing the law and using it too your favor. It doesn't make you a bad person it makes you a patriot!

A federal court house with a law library is your best bet.

http://coppercards.com/ here is a very useful page to help you find what you need. The people on this site can find almost any law be it Fed or state.
