Doc, thank you.

I was a woman once with a small child who also had no clothes. (a long story) I was 16 years old with a six month old baby, lost in the middle of Anaheim California with ten dollars and a bus ticket in my pocket. I was alone and scared for my child also. A man offered me a sweater to wrap my son in and paid a cab fair to the bus station for me. It may have been a small thing to him but it meant not missing my bus to the safety of my family. It meant not wandering alone in a huge city with an infant, days away from anyone who knew me.

I spoke of that man just this Christmas Eve twenty years later. I will never forget the man who helped us. I don't remember his name or his face. Just his kindness. She will always remember your kindness too... and yes, you saved their lives!
