Deprived of motivation, maybe even imagination???

Maybe look at some online resume examples to proofread your own resume before sending it out? Whenever I send out my resume I also send a cover letter describing why I am interested in that particular position. Good luck to you!

The current trend in resume's is to tailor each one for the job so that you address each job personally. You need to have a good base resume that you can modify as needed. There are books on resume writing.

The current trend in resume's is to highlight your skills, not your previous positions. So you should look at what you are good at and market those skills rather than saying "I worked at xoxox for 5 years.

You need to market yourself. Marketing is done best by someone who believes in the product. How could you lead people to Christ if you didn't believe in HIM. So you must take in crash course in you and show that you believe in you. Any employer who gets you also gets Christ. Remember that you will be a blessing to whoever hires you. That should get your self esteem rocking enought to put yourself on paper in a positive way.

Yahoo hotjobs has lots of advice on etiquette, resumes, dress etc. And my favorite is to follow up an interview with a handwritten thank you card. I think it shows a touch of class.
