That's what I thought too, but apparently there is a real guy that did it, Tim Berners-Lee. 
Well following the shooting over here, I can't access zerohedge from my cellphone any more, only my home internet connection. My cellphone provider (along with other major NZ ISPs) has decided of their own accord, no legal request or justification, to block zerohedge because they didn't approve of their coverage of the shooting (a very tiny fraction of their articles, and they never shared the video). It's been unavailable to most New Zealanders for over a week - unless you're with a smaller ISP like we are at home, or use a VPN.

Additional details. Apparently, it's not technically a law yet. Its a directive to EU member states to each create their own version of the law. The vote was taken in 16 seconds, and the Swedes claim to have hit the wrong button... or are just trying to cover their butts.
